Organizational Development

The organizational development portfolio aims to improve and facilitate the internal workings of UTAT such as member experience, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and leadership development. This is done through hosting various workshops, finding areas of improvement in internal systems, and collaborating with other divisions to support specific needs. The organizational development portfolio is responsible for ensuring every student is supported at UTAT.

  • Providing leadership development resources, training, and workshops to UTAT members

  • Streamlining the recruitment and onboarding process for UTAT

  • Audit various workflows used by UTAT and seek improvements
